It really is kinda hard to tell, here is another clip from youtube. From some angles it looks like Tebow blasted him and them from other angles it looks like after the hit which looks equal in contact with neither moving much then Berry gets hit by two other Vols.
I'm not trying to say Berry jacked him up because that was obvious it didn't happen but was a nice hit collision for sure. I will see if I can find the Janzen Jackson hit too, that was a good one.
